Refund policy

We accept replacements only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or if the wrong item is received.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer are not accepted.

If your replacement request is approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
